Sizing & Quality

We have two options: if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we agree to a return, you can post it back to us and receive store credit. Read more here
If you wear your piece a few times, but find the size is no longer right for you, you can sell your piece back to us – keeping it in cirkulation! Read more here
Providing you with the best size and fit information is crucial for us to ensure you can buy with confidence. We shoot all our pieces on models for this reason, and we use the shoot process to work out the most accurate information.
Our apparel is predominantly Brand New or Excellent condition. Our shoes are always Brand New, or so slightly used as to have no wear and tear at all. Our bags and accessories range from Very Good (minor marks, always stated up front) to Brand New condition.
We only sell pieces that are less than two years old and from designer brands that have a reputation for the highest quality. Sourcing through our networks and operating on a buy-to-sell model also allows us to be selective and assess all goods before we purchase them.
We source all our pieces direct from our friends and networks. With super high-end pieces in particular, these always come from a reliable source with authenticity verified, and all relevant certificates and/or receipts available.

We focus on mid-to-high-end Australian designer brands, with some international brands we love – you can see what we carry on our site. We also sometimes sell luxury accessories on consignment, if we feel they are right for our community.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

The rental fee is usually set between 15%-30% of RRP. The fee includes dry cleaning, standard shipping, prepaid return packaging, insurance (cover up to $100 worth of minor stain & repair), customer service and stylist team.
We get it, a bit of wear and tear might happen. That's why RNTR includes an insurance fee in the rental fee to cover $100 worth of minor stains and damage.
However, significant damage and theft aren't covered under insurance. If the item is damaged beyond repair or never returned, the renter will be charged the market value of the item to the credit card you used for the order or to another card linked to your account.
If you change your mind or the event gets canceled, you can cancel your order 12 hours before shipping to get a full refund.
If the item doesn't fit, you need to contact Rntr. within 24 hours of receiving the item, activate the return label and send the item back within 48 hours. You will receive a refund minus $25 shipping & return fees.
All items must be unworn and in the same condition with tags attached. If there is any damage you will be contacted and notified of the charge to repair or dry clean.
